Dasverra Private Limited ("Dasverra", "we") is an India-based merchant export company with its registered office at 1st Floor, Plot No. 05/3073, Khata No. 592/1295, Cuttack Sadar, Chakradharpur, Banara, District Cuttack, Odisha – 754006, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data shared through dasverra.org.
Information we collect
When you submit a requirement, register as a buyer, supplier, freight forwarder or partner, or contact us directly, we collect the information you provide: name, company, designation, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and details of your product, business or trade requirement. Our forms also record the page used and how long the form took to complete, which helps us filter automated spam.
How we use it
Information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, verify businesses we may work with, coordinate sourcing and supply, and communicate with you about a potential or ongoing transaction. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Consent
We process these details with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and we handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled Google Sheet (Google Drive) used by our team, and email notifications are sent to our team's mailboxes. If you choose to send an application through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms also apply to that message. We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email and cloud storage providers, or when the law requires it.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and transaction-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to service the relationship and meet applicable legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to aseem.das@dasverra.org. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done.
